The GenoExplorer™ miRNA qRT-PCR kit is designed to quantify miRNA expression levels that include first-strand cDNA synthesis and quantitative PCR steps. The Kit is sufficient for synthesizing 10 cDNA samples and 100 quantitation reactions (Cat # 2001).
GenoExplorer™ microRNA First-Strand cDNA Core Kit
The GenoExplorer™ miRNA first-strand core kit is designed to generate first-strand cDNA from microRNAs or small RNAs that contains elongation of miRNA template and reverse transcription steps. The Core Kit is sufficient for either 10 reactions (Cat # 2001-10) or 50 reactions (Cat # 2001-50).
